                                                    DISCOVERING THE WILL OF GOD.
What is the WILL of God......?
1. W.........The Way of God:
       The way of God is the methodology of God. That is, the practice, procedure and rules of God in doing things. Due.5:33"Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.''
Until God's way is discovered, no way forward in life. ''Show me your way...'' This should be the heart cry and desire of anyone who will fulfil his divine destiny and the call of purpose. Knowing the way and walking the way is the greatest of all in the journey of life. Knowing the way is as knowing the direction the journey leads...And until you are certain of your direction, confusion is inevitable. Direction is like a bearing, and irrespective of the distance, when a man is ignorant of his bearing all the journey amounts to a burden.....
2. I........... The Instructions of God:
To walk in the way of God, you need to be instructed. 2.Tim.3:16"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.''
It is instruction that delivers from destruction. When a man lacks instruction, he is blinded. Prov.4:13"Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.'' That is a man without the right instruction is a man without life. The real definition of life is in the instructions guiding it. The bible seems to be an acronym for ''Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth...'' Adam and Eve lost the real life immediately they violated divine instruction. Instructions are not burdens but are boundaries for you that the devil may not come in. Real freedom is never the absence of instruction.... Instructions are not to enslave but to liberate you....
3. L........... The Life of Christ:
It is difficult for a natural man to do the will of God until the life of Christ abides in him. Until a man is conformed to the life of Christ, he is confused of the will of God. Many sincerely desire to please God and do His will but the truth is, the more they tried it, the more they fail...why? Its simply because of the nature of darkness in them. ''In Him was life; and the life was the light of men.'' John.1:4
Until the life of Christ is found in you and dominates you, you remain in darkness and will never be able to know nor do the will of God. ROM.7:20"Now if I do that would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.'' The gateway to living the will of God is living the life of Christ....
4. L............The Life of the Spirit:
To fully comprehend what the will of God is, we need the help of a tutor, a teacher, who is the Holy Spirit. John.16:13"However, when He, the Spirit of truth has come, He will guide you into all truth...''
John.14:26"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.'' All these proves to us the relevance of the Spirit of God in the life of a man seeking to know and do the will of God. The will of God becomes easy and convenient when when there is a proper know-how and enablement...''For it is Him that helps us both to will and to do of His good pleasure.'' You cannot possess the Spirit of God and still be confused of His will for your life.
