How do you spot a man without genuine conviction?

1. He's moved by people's opinion:
The cheapest commodity on earth is people's opinion and to be moved by it makes you a cheap commodity. Everyone has a flock of opinions ready to be wished upon anyone who will accept them. But a man of genuine vision and conviction selects whose opinion to work with.

2. He's weak in decision making:
One striking attribute one highly successful people is their ability to reach a decision promptly, and of changing these decisions slowly, if needed. A man weak in decision making will always remain subjected to everyone's idea.

3. He's pessimistic:
Positive thinking people are those with full confidence in their vision. They believe nothing is impossible and nothing can stop them. When you lack the ability to see the beautiful part of the future, it's a cue you lack faith in it. Conviction raises your hope and builds your faith!
